Training material for activating the condominium building renovation supply-side

With their complex social, financial, legal and operational structure, condominium associations are often disadvantaged when it comes contracting public sector services for building renovation. Construction companies often neglect this heterogeneous client group. As a result, a large and promising renovation task is unnecessarily neglected and condominium associations lag behind in energy transition.

The need for an integrated high quality approach to turn the tide is the reason for developing a training program for commercial parties involved in the energy-efficient renovation of condominium apartment buildings. This manual describes a course for energy coaches and public service promotors to tackle the above problem. The course is complemented by a condominium association managers training and a general comprehensive training on integral renovation under building performance guarantee. It is considered a central course for stakeholders involved in setting up an integral home renovation service (IHRS).
