CondoReno partners meet in Antwerp
On 12 September 2025, the Antwerp Energy House welcomed partners of the CondoReno project. The full-day session provided an opportunity to take stock of progress, showcase results, and prepare the next steps for advancing sustainable and integrated home renovation services in condominiums across Europe.
Throughout the day, partners presented the final outcomes of several key deliverables, including toolkits designed to support decision-making by condominium associations, as well as training material for SMEs to activate the supply side of renovations. Attention was also given to requirements for guarantees and financial funds to better support homeowners.
The meeting further explored evaluation findings and policy recommendations from national and international advisory boards, alongside replication activities to ensure the uptake of solutions beyond pilot regions.
