The CondoReno project goes to Budapest for an international workshop
The CondoReno project will be in Budapest with EBC and IPOSZ to organize a workshop on how to boost condominium renovations in Hungary
On November 8 2024, the European Builders Confederation (EBC) will organize a workshop in Budapest aimed at discussing how to accelerate condominium renovations in Hungary, in partnership with its Hungarian member IPOSZ (the Hungarian Association of Craftsmen’s Corporations). The event, titled “Boosting Condominium Renovations: European Examples and the Hungarian Market,” is part of the CondoReno project’s ambition to boost the energy-efficient renovation of condominiums.
The workshop will gather experts from Europe and Hungary to address challenges, explore opportunities, and discuss strategies to enhance condominium renovations, with a particular focus on the added-value of integrated home renovation services (IHRS) to support condominium associations. This session will provide attendees with a solid understanding of regulatory shifts and incentives relevant to renovations, as well as a more hands-on focus on the reality of the Hungarian renovation market.
Key Topics and Agenda Highlights
The workshop aims to provide actionable insights and strengthen collaborations in the field of condominium renovations, focusing specifically on Hungarian market conditions. Highlights of the event will include:
