The financing matrix is designed for professionals such as renovation coaches from energy houses and other supply-side stakeholders. It provides condominium associations and individual co-owners with clear insights into renovation costs, showing each owner’s share. The tool also simulates loan options from public and private sources alongside available subsidies, helping stakeholders to make informed decisions about renovations.
