Scaling up renovations: Tools and strategies for Finland
On 5 June 2025, from 13:30 to 16:00, CondoReno will be present at a workshop organised by UIPI to explore how upcoming EU and national building renovation policies can be translated into real action on the ground. The workshop will take place at the headquarters of Kiinteistöliitto, one of UIPI’s Finnish members, located at Annankatu 24, Helsinki.
Scaling up renovations: tools and strategies for Finland will bring together key stakeholders from the construction and real estate value chain to discuss practical solutions for implementing the revised Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) and other regulatory changes.
Participants will be invited to engage, share experiences and dive into three core themes: the potential for industrialised renovation approaches, the deployment of one-stop shops, and the use of digital tools like building renovation passports. The workshop will also highlight opportunities for private-public collaboration, market activation and policy alignment.
Organised by UIPI in collaboration with the EU-funded projects BuildUPspeed, CondoReno, OneClickReno and Renpower, the session aims to support Finnish stakeholders in turning legislative goals into effective, workable action.
