CondoReno brings one-stop-shop renovation model to Paris
On 10 April 2025, CondoReno organised the workshop “Massifying condominium renovations: replicating the CoachCopro and CondoReno models” during the Forum Habiter Durable in Paris. The event focused on adapting the one-stop-shop (OSS) renovation model to the Parisian context, using the CoachCopro platform as a local reference.
Thomas Renaudin (APC) presented CoachCopro as a long-standing OSS supporting co-owners in managing energy renovations through guidance, coordination, and follow-up. The platform exemplifies how OSS models can overcome challenges like fragmented ownership and technical complexity.
Speakers included Emmanuelle Causse (UIPI), who outlined the legislative framework of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD), and Fernando Sigchos Jimenez (EBC), who highlighted the need to co-design OSS frameworks with local actors and adapt them to regional needs.
The workshop closed with a panel featuring a broad range of stakeholders involved in the renovation process with Florence Cannesson (CAPEB), Sylvain Grataloup (UNPI), Karine Bidard (APC), Pierre Hautus (PLURIENCE), and Jacques Baudrier (Deputy Mayor of Paris), who discussed the challenges and opportunities of replicating OSS models in other French and European cities and how the experience from Paris can help massify the renovation wave. Key points included the need for better coordination, simplified procedures, and targeted communication.
This latest workshop was co-organised by the, the International Union of Property Owners (UIPI), and the Paris Climate Agency (APC) and is part of CondoReno’s wider replication strategy to support integrated renovation services across Europe. Upcoming sessions will take place in Croatia (27 May), Romania (3 July), and Slovakia (2026), helping extend the OSS approach to diverse regulatory and market contexts.
