Transnational Community WINTER Meeting: Supporting energy renovations in European condominiums
In cooperation with the EU Peers community, CondoReno presents a dedicated Transnational WINTER meeting on how OSS can effectively address the specific renovation challenges facing condominiums. The session will take place online on 3 February 2026 from 10:00 to 11:30.
Based on eight real-life case studies from Flanders and the Netherlands, Erwin Mlecnik and Ragy Elgendy (TU Delft) will share concrete lessons learned, showcase four OSS models (public and private), and discuss what works—and what doesn’t—in condominium renovations.
Join us for this lessons-learned session! You will have the opportunity to engage, ask questions, and reflect on how these insights can inform our OSS practice across Europe.
