CondoReno M3 Progress meeting and site visit

Amsterdam Institute hosted our M3 Consortium Progress meeting on the 5th and 6th of December. We had the chance to combine this get-together opportunity with presentations on best practices of Integrated Home Renovation Services (IHRS) for condominium associations and site visits in Reigersbos for the Sensos project and demo apartment.

Highlight of the meeting was the discussion around different Integrated Home Renovation Services (IHRS) approaches for condominium associations. While Stad Antwerpen, Stad Mechelen, and Energiehuis Oostende presented lessons and best practices based on their experiences in the region of Flanders, Stichting WoonlastenNeutraal Renoveren (WNR) and Agence Parisienne du Climat covered the situation in the Netherlands and France. The goal of all partners is to achieve label A energy renovations.
