Supply-side toolkit for co-creation and quality assurance in integrated housing renovation services
For a successful implementation of energy-efficient condominium renovations, various business models are viable and conceivable. In each of these models, stakeholders have specific roles to play, and agreements must be established in collaboration agreements. A new toolkit for activating supply-side enterprises, to support collaboration and contracting, applicable for integrated housing renovation services, is now being developed and tested. In it, existing and potentially applicable collaboration models are discussed. Also the tools and documents needed in these collaboration forms are presented. The toolkit provides an overview of the renovation roadmap according to the possible business models and useful tools and documents in each of the phases of the renovation process. It remains a working document: as the cases in the Condoreno project progress, further insight and additional tools and documents are provided.
