Supply-side toolkit for co-creation and quality assurance in integrated housing renovation services

CondoReno is developing and testing a new toolkit to support supply-side enterprises in delivering integrated housing renovation services (IHRS). The toolkit is designed to strengthen collaboration and streamline contracting across various viable business models for energy-efficient condominium renovations.

Each of the models outlines clear roles for stakeholders and highlights the importance of establishing collaboration agreements. The toolkit explores both existing and potential collaboration models, and includes the tools and documents needed to put them into practice.

It also maps out the renovation process through a business model lens, offering practical resources for every phase of the renovation journey. As CondoReno’s pilot cases evolve, the toolkit will continue to grow incorporating new insights, tools, and templates along the way.
