CondoReno Newsletter #3

Three years ago, LIFE-CondoReno began with the ambition to develop six exemplary business models for Integrated Home Renovation Services (IHRS), supporting deep renovations by homeowner associations in the Netherlands and Flanders. With just one year remaining, the project is entering its final phase, and significant progress has been made since our last update.

Over the past year, we convened a Dutch Advisory Board to explore financing schemes, hosted a workshop at the Forum Habiter Durable in Paris, and launched a new toolkit designed to support supply-side enterprises in delivering IHRS. At the same time, we are formulating policy recommendations to enable the creation of successful IHRS business models at both national and European levels, while also developing a joint digital resource centre to facilitate project follow-up and matchmaking between supply and demand stakeholders.
